Starting with limited resources, Soner Ünal and Birol Boran built a small but strong team that shared their dedication, hard work, and pursuit of excellence. Together, they began surpassing prominent competitors in the industry. Today, SB Doğuş Mutfak is renowned for its stainless steel products in the industrial kitchen sector, including preparation, cafeteria, dishwashing, cooking, cooling equipment, display products, shelving, and innovative solutions in the medical sector. In just four years, the company has grown to design and manufacture products specifically for industrial use, becoming a key player in the production of stainless steel kitchen tools.

While the industrial kitchen sector in Europe boasts a history of over a century, Turkey’s kitchen industry only began in the 1970s. However, it has rapidly evolved to become competitive with Western markets. Over this time, increasing demands and the growing awareness of quality standards have driven significant innovations.
